OurDelta, BClocation is currently looking for aClass 1Truck Driver (Industrial Driver)to join their safety consciousteam! The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation of hazardous waste from a generator/facility to a Clean Harbors facility and/or an outside disposal facility.

• Provides high levels of customer service to new and current customers;
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste;
• Maintains daily logs, trip reports and vehicle inspection reports;
• Maintains and cleans assigned company equipment.
• Hauls Hazardous and Non Hazardous Waste in a safe manner;
• Wears respirator for work.
• Works with manual transmissions.

• Valid Class 1 drivers license required;
• Previous experience with manual transmission is required;
• Previous hazardous waste related experience preferred;
• Previous experience operating Vacuum and/orTanker is an asset;
• Valid safety tickets such as First-Aid, H2S Alive, OSSA are an asset;
• Must be able to travel 10-20% overnight throughout the year;
• Must be able to complete a respirator fit test;
• Must be clean shaven to wear a respirator while working;
