TheOperating Room RN Manager will have clinical and administrative oversight of a dedicated team consisting of Nurse Supervisors, Registered Nurses, and Surgical Technicians. In this comprehensive role, the Surgical Services Nurse Manager is responsible for budgetary oversight, hiring and firing of staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and leading process improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is BSN-prepared and has extensive clinical experience in the OR.
