Located in picturesque Central New York, this 165+ bed short-term acute care hospital offers a wide range of medical services to patients in the surrounding communities, including Cardiology Services, Women's Services and Infant Care, Orthopedics, Oncology, Rehabilitation, Medical Surgical Care, and 24-hour Emergency Services. This designated Trauma Center is associated with a local university and has achieved accreditation by The Joint Commission.

Reporting directly to the Regional Nursing Director Dialysis and Rehabilitation, theRegional Dialysis Nurse Manager will become responsible for the management and direction of a strong team of DialysisRNs, Techs, nursing assistants, unit secretaries, and ancillary staff across 3 hospital units for inpatient, outpatient, and home dialysis. The Hospital System Dialsysis Manager RN will develop and manage departmental budgets, identify opportunities for performance improvement and continued nursing education, and will ensure safe and appropriate staffing for the units while upholding the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

What you have:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• Current Registered Nursing License in New York State
• Recent clinical leadership experience in medical-surgical, nephrology, dialysis, and/or critical care nursing experience
