Were looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team.

This is a PRN RN role supporting our patients in their homes. We are open to schedules so tell us your schedule and we will see if it works! After hours on call rotation is required and we care for patients in the eastern and western side of Lake Winnebago.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patients family; manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care; and, case manages all assigned patient clinical records.

• Compassionate, kind and empathetic to your patients and their families
• A current RN license (in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology
