- Bi-monthly RBT meetings with BCBA

Qualifications:- Required Education:
- Minimum of bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related field. - Required Certification:
- Must obtain within 90 days of hire and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Must obtain within 7 days of hire and maintain BLS/CPR certification
- Must hold and maintain certification in MANDT
- Must obtain NPI number for Behavior Technician
- Must obtain and maintain Tricare certification
- Must obtain and maintain Mercy credential - Required Experience/Knowledge:
- Knowledge of child development
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with a diagnosis of autism
- Experience working with children who may demonstrate aggressive behaviors
