Overview:
Title: Injury Prevention Specialist
Location: Fraser, MI
Status: Full Time
Hours: M-F 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Early Intervention Specialist (EIS II) can assist the client with industrial/office ergonomics and jobsite analysis. Develop multi-site reports, serve as lead for multistaff locations and support the AWS injury triage line. Support EIS 1 through mentorship program.

Responsibilities:- Participate with employer on job site evaluations
- Support the injury triage app through active performance of service
- Collect multi-site data reviews and consolidate into enterprise reports.
- Participate as a EIS mentor, alerting Industry Manager for critical performance issues
- Serve as leader of group when client site utilizes multiple EIS's. Ensure communication of leadership messages, alert IM of site-specific concerns

Qualifications:
Minimum Education
Required- Bachelors Degree in Allied Health Professional degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Min Experience
Required:- 2 years' experience in the industrial setting
- Or 5 years experience in a professional setting
Knowledge Skills and Abilities- Be SME on data interface and client reporting.
- Participate as a coach to EIS Level 1 employees
- The ability to interact with employees, line supervisors, engineers, and leaders to follow-up on injury trends and initiatives.
Licenses and Certifications:
Required:- Certified/Licensed AT or PTA
- CPR
