Working closely with the Nurse Director and other department leaders, the InpatientNurse ManagerMedSurgwill oversee all the day to day operations of the Medical Surgical Unit during theevening or night shift. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Clinical leadership to the nursing staff
• Ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices
• Monitoringand evaluating the quality of patient care
• Facilitating ongoing education
• Managing and allocate resources efficiently
• Monitor budgets and expenses

The ideal InpatientNurse ManagerMedSurgcandidate will have theirBSNand years of acute care leadership experience. A current New York RN license is required.Acompetitive salary with a 13% shift differentialas well as a generous benefits package will be offered.
