ThisAssistant RN Director OR will join an established team at one of the top acute care hospitals in the area. This leadership role will posses both clinical and administrative responsibilities as they oversee a specific service line in the OR. Responsibilities for this position include directing and coordinating patient care, ensuring quality of care and patient satisfaction to the highest degree, promoting communication among all members of the interdisciplinary teams, manage patient transitions across the continuum of care and help oversee budgeting/cost conscious decisions throughout the department,assist with department initiatives and quality measures, as well as ensure hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are upheld.

This RNAssistant Director should have a strong background in nursing leadership with immense OR experiencein a level I trauma center. This Nurse Manager will also need to be extremely professional and approachable, as this role will include an immense amount of communication among multiple departments and teams.

It is important that this RN theirBSN. AnMSNis not required but is strongly preferred.
