Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

10 months of Home Health experience is required.

Travel experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple locations

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Facility is open to 26 week contract

Guaranteed Hours: Guaranteed Work Week (per contract)

Shift: This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s. Not open to accommodating block schedule

Weekend Required: 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract

***** ALL travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state.

Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)

Oasis is preferred, but not required

Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.

RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager - RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
