Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelors degree.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Have experience as an L&D training professional.
• Must have MS Office Experience-ability to proficiently use Word and Outlook
• Have current knowledge of effective adult learning and development methods.
• Experience in project management and scheduling
• Have the ability to travel (to 30%)

About the Role:

As a Trainer III, you will be passionate and responsible for executing the requirements of the Client based training. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support. You will be able to provide successful administration.

As a Trainer III, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting skills, technical, management and staff development training process/updates within business unit.
• Evaluating training methodology
• Designing and developing in-house programs.
• Evaluating training participants on class engagement, proficiency, and readiness for production.
• Bring the ability to use needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of training programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Expands skills within an analytical or operational process.
• Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
• Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work.
• Works within established procedures and practices.
• Works with a moderate degree of supervision.
• Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills to complete assignments and in some areas, requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or the equivalent experience.
• Provide day to day contracted services to external clients and contracted services may include technical or non-technical customer support, transaction processing and sales & marketing services.
• Performs other duties as assigned and Complies with all policies and standards.
