Our client in Franklin, WIis seeking a 1035 Exchange Analystto join their team.
Job Title:1035 Exchange Analyst
Location:Franklin, WI
Pay Range:$21-23/hr
Whats the Job?
- Making outbound calls toinsurance companies for follow-upon cost basis information and the status of the incoming exchange funds
- Responsible for accurate and timely administration of proceeds upon receipt using a wide variety of computer applications (i.e. SAMS, ISA, NBS CHNG, Workbench, UPAP)
- Identifies cases that require additional underwriter/coordinator involvement and coordinates completion of the exchange
- Prepares amendments to reflect specific contract changes according to the 1035 exchange (i.e. policy dates, amounts on nonprepaid cases)
- Responsible for safeguarding sensitive policyowner information and maintaining confidentiality
Whats Needed?
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated computer experience with solid keyboarding skills and proficiency with current software packages
- Minimum 2 years of strong working knowledge in all areas of Insurance Operations
- The ability to work independently as well as with a team to accomplish goals
- Professional communication (written and oral)
