Wage: $18.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 2:00pm 10:00pm

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

- Set up, adjust and run rotational molding machines

- Perform set up by assuring properly mounted tooling and balancing, proper machine settings and resin

- Anticipate material requirements and notify designated persons or leader in order to minimize production delays

- Monitor SPC to obtain desired quality

- Follow machine operator procedures

- Make minor adjustments on machines and equipment

- Examine parts for surface cosmetics, proper weights, defects. etc.

- Use precise measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, pyrometer, etc.

Requirements for Machine Operator:

- Able to stand or walk for duration of shift

- Able to lift up to 50lbs

- Able to climb steps, crouch, bend and reach throughout shift
