    Shift:? Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week
    Length:? 13 weeks

    Requirements:
    • PT MA License
    • 1 Year Traveler and Home Care experience
    • 1 Year Case Management Experience
    • Ability to travel to cases as assigned
    • BLS

    Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
