    JOB SUMMARY

    The Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise in managing IT operations, driving business-aligned technology solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX systems. This position is critical to enhancing our technology capabilities and supporting the achievement of our business objectives.

    The Senior Manager will manage projects, maintenance, enhancement operations and support for a suite of customer systems. This position is responsible for managing multiple prioritized long-term and short-term objectives and delivering systems in any technology formats to meet the needs of the business environment quickly and within established guidelines. In addition, the Senior Manager will take action to enhance cross-functional coordination, identify technologies that will benefit business units, implement IT lifecycle, and expand internal communications within TFG IT department.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Identify training needs and opportunities for team members, promoting professional growth and skill development.
    • Oversee the management of IT resources, budgets, and projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX systems, configuring and customizing them to meet business needs.
    • Lead and manage IT projects, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
    • Coordinate software updates, patches, and integration projects related to business applications.
    • Gather and document business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing for all business processes.
    • Analyze existing business practices and recommend enhancements, with a focus on problem-solving and innovative solutions.
    • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Oversee the setup and maintenance of security configurations within Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
    • Provide training and create user documentation for end-users.
    • Maintain technical system support and reference materials.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies, particularly in the areas of Dynamics 365 F&SCM, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, and other relevant solutions.
    • Bring innovative ideas and solutions to enhance our technology landscape.
    • Review and follow data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines.
    • Responsible for prioritizing, planning, and executing all activities using optimal resources utilization within EFS department.
    • Responsible for effective communication with EFS Director and other IT leaders across all related TFG companies.
    • Responsible for monitoring and measuring performance of relevant IT assets and all subordinate associates.
    • Overall responsibility to set, provide and maintain SLAs with relevant business units within the designated IT department/s.
    • Overall responsibility for supporting EFS departments clients.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manages their direct report associates and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, development, and evaluation of these associates. Responsibilities include training associates; planning, assigning, coordinating, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing customer complaints and resolving problems.

    Responsibilities also include sponsoring, directing, coordinating, and supporting project and process improvement teams, and participating in and/or supporting project teams sponsored by other management team members.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including expertise in Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX systems.
    • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform solutions, specifically PowerBI and Power Automate experience is required.
    • Excellent skills are required for documentation, training, and customer support for Dynamics 365 F&SCM modules including all System Administration, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes. Understanding of critical business transactional flows including the ability to communicate with subject matter experts in the business to meet objectives.
    • Ability and expertise in setup and maintenance of workflow design & configuration in Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
    • Full understanding of Dynamics 365 F&SCM security architecture and design of security configuration elements.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Experience in crisis management and developing crisis avoidance procedures is desirable.
    • Proven ability to drive change and innovate solutions.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
    • Familiarity with OneStream CPM is a plus.
    • Certifications in Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX are considered advantageous.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies, with relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) preferred.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday; and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate is occasionally required to travel to other sites, including out-of-state, where applicable, for business. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While the job is generally performed in an office environment, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the office environment is typically quiet, but the associate may be occasionally exposed to loud noise levels.

    TRAVEL REQUIRED

    Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
