Haven Behavioral Hospital of Dayton is a59-bed licensed, acute care behavioral hospital that provides a safe, nurturing environment for the treatment of complex mental health issues. We offer innovative, customized treatment for individuals struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues. We believe that a persons illness or addiction does not define them and, with help, there is hope for long-term recovery. We do that by focusing on the whole person. This a key leadership role directing patient inquiry, clinical assessment, admissions and referrals in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receives and responds to call inquiries for potential admissions and generalized questions
• Obtains the required information to facilitate admissions
• Makes referrals for persons who are not appropriate for admission

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Behavioral Health field or Registered Nurse

Experience:

• Three years clinical experience in behavioral healthcare setting
• Experience with crisis management or intake preferred
• Experience working in an inpatient psychiatric unit preferred
