    Pay Range: $116,800.00-$192,800.00 Company Overview:

    Vaccination for COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series). Exceptions from the COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccine requirements are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical, religious, or fully remote exemption. Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved exemption is required to start work.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an Accounting Manager to help lead our Accounting Team.

    You Are:

    • An effective communicator; with strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
    • Collaborative and comfortable working as part of a team
    • Solution oriented and exercise sound judgment to solve problems within the scope of the position

    You will:

    • Responsible for day to day management of the Accounting Department
    • Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements
    • Be knowledgeable of the federal funding requirements and build processes around compliance reporting with various agencies
    • Oversee the coordination and timing of projects
    • Coordinate financial operations by fielding questions from MSK divisions, updating policies and procedures, ad hoc requests, and assisting in implementation of new processes

    You Need:

    • Equivalent with 4-7 years of direct experience preferred
    • 10+ years related experience accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
    • Prior supervisory or lead experience in a healthcare environment preferred
    • Working knowledge of federal funding compliance requirements
    • Knowledge and exposure to sophisticated management and financial information systems

    Pay Range- $116,800.00-$192,800.00
