    Material Planner II

    Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Material Planner II to join their team. As a Material Planner II, you will be part of the Production Planning department supporting various teams in our Camarillo, California facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning successfully with our organization.

    Job Title: Material Planner II

    Location: Camarillo, California

    Pay: $30/h + Benefits

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze capacity by area, line, machine, and product based on demand.

    • Generate work orders and release them to the shop floor according to the production plan.

    • Lead action plans and follow-up meetings with different departments to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are at target levels.

    • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay, meeting internal targets.

    • Proactively co-lead High Performance Work Teams (HPWT) to ensure internal targets are met.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Marketing from an accredited institution.

    • Strong leadership skills.

    • Proficiency in computer skills and administrative tasks.

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

    • Proactive with solid work ethics.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of SAP-ERP.

    • Experience in inventory management.

    • Bilingual in Spanish-English.

    • APICS Certification or MRP and planning parameters knowledge.
