We are seeking an Administrator on Site Manager for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

• You will Administrator on-call in addition to providing leadership to the Administrator on Site staff including scheduling, evaluations, and general department leadership under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer.
• You will apply knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span to identify patient and family requirements relative to age specific needs.
• You will demonstrate knowledge of hospital administration, nursing services, customer relations, and plant operations.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention
• Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree
• A minimum of 5 years experience healthcare management and critical care
