A leading acute care health system based in upstate New York is now seeking an experienced Regional Dialysis Nurse Manager to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This system comprises multiple acute care hospital locations, along with three critical access sites and many regional outpatient locations. This comprehensive healthcare system is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare delivery network that serves a large region of upstate New York. Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Regional Dialysis Nurse Manager will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of 3 regionally located renal care sites, including inpatient and outpatient care. The Nurse Manager will manage a team of 50+ FTEs, direct working schedules and patient flow, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, manage department budgets, provide guidance and leadership to nursing staff, serve as a liaison between dialysis services and organization leadership, and serve as an active member of various committees.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New York or ability to obtain
• Progressive experience in renal care and dialysis setting
• Proven leadership experience in a nursing setting
