An award-winning critical access hospital located in southern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experienced Nurse Coordinator Internal Medicine to join their dynamic healthcare team.

The Nurse Coordinator will join an established organization that combines a network of highly experienced Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and various experienced healthcare providers.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Coordinator Internal Medicine will provide triage and clinical support to the medical practice. The Nurse Coordinator will lead all nursing activities, enhance patient flow within the office, and ensure adequate clinical support staff for the scheduled office hours. This role will also help with triaging patient calls, managing prescription refills, and coordinator patient care.

Requirements Include:

• Graduate of an accredited program of Nursing
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Maine or ability to obtain
• Prior leadership experience in a medical practice setting preferred
