    We're looking for a RN Surgery Manager to join our growing Community team at our Downtown Fresno Campus, home to the region's only Level I Trauma Center! With an average of over 26,000 surgical cases per year systemwide, you will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with a diverse team of supervisors, RNs, and support staff, caring for moderate acuity patients with various surgical comorbidities, including trauma, burn, oncology, cardiac and more.

    You will be a proactive leader with exceptional communication skills that pays meticulous attention to detail, continually fostering teamwork and collaboration. From overseeing day-to-day operations, to assisting in staff development and budget, to implementing and assessing care, you will be essential in ensuring an optimum level of care.     Qualifications:
    Education & Experience
    • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
    • Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare related Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required
    • 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
    • Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required

    Licenses and Certifications
    • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
    • RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
