    Providing day-to-day leadership for customer service and product teams
    Training, coaching, and supporting skills development with the guidance of store leaders
    Assisting with recruitment and selection process through interviewing and selecting applicants
    Utilizing financial reporting to drive results and support growth goals
    Supporting the organizational mission through training of people with different abilities
    Maintaining a consistent presence on the sales floor
    What do you bring to the job?


    1 year of retail management experience
    Strong interpersonal and customer service skills when communicating with a diverse audience
    Willingness to positively coach others in a hands-on workplace
    Ability to work various hours as needed to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
    Basic competency in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software
    Excellent time management and prioritization skills
