Administrative Assistant II - TS/SCI w/poly

As an Administrative Assistant II, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:- The administrative assistant's autonomy will be dependent on the division management's direction. Generally, there is autonomy to conduct administrative functions such as scheduling meetings and ordering supplies
- The administrative assistant is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls to the division's extension
- Arrival and departure dates will be decided by the division management
- No foreign travel is required and travel to other buildings will be infrequent
- The building is not located near public transportation so a POV is required. Physical requirements are minimal
- Training on computer systems and processes will be provided upon arrival.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:- HS Diploma and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Very flexible, 8am-2pm core hours
- Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- The position is on customer site
