Responsibilities:

COLD CALLING, LOTS OF COLD CALLING. Build and develop long term relationships via cold calling Healthcare facilities to staff Nursing positions. Facilitate the hiring process between candidate and client. Manage day to day business operations as necessary.

Requirements :

Previous phone sales & business to business sales & recruitment experience a plus but not required. What we really want is someone who is intelligent, driven & enjoys the thrill of the hunt! Candidates must be able to work well in a team environment but thrive independently. Motivated, self-started, energetic and a positive attitude A MUST!
