    We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our outstanding team at Polo Towers. In this position, you will supervise, direct and coordinate daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Monitor team member efficiency, quality and guest response
    • Visually inspect, operate, and maintain guestrooms, common area and associated equipment systems throughout the property.
    • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility including guestrooms, common areas, boilers, chillers, air compressors and related facility equipment!
    • Monitor, maintain and test Emergency and Life Safety systems as the need arises
    • Record and maintain various logs and preventative maintenance records.
    • Maybe required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by the Chief Engineer.

    *Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement.

    Qualifications

    What are we looking for?


    It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • 3 years of building and/or property maintenance.
    • Supervisory experience
    • Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends and/or holidays
    • EPA and OSHA certification preferred.
    • CPO Certification is required
