Position Description
The SAP SD Analyst (home-based) is responsible for the evaluation, support and design for Sales and Distribution applications. Role will execute enhancement requests, support end users and perform production support. Individuals should be highly comfortable and proficient at working directly with the business and/or project management. This is a hands-on role, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining solutions in an SAP S/4 environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the life cycle of small and medium enhancements and production support issues
- Able to fully understand the business's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Works with identified subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop a solid understanding of SAP processes and provide continuous training
- Create and maintain required documentation including design and functional specs
- Develop test cases and assist the team with testing
- Support large initiatives such as the implementation of new technologies and application of enhancement and support packs Should be proactive and willing to learn
- Provide thought leadership toward the adoption of new trends in their area of expertise
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Production, Business, Information Systems or another related field preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience in SD module
- 2+ full life cycle implementations with a focus on SD
- 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry
Skills/Qualifications:
- Expertise in the design, delivery, and support of SAP SD module.
- Effectively delivered solutions that provide the required sales and distribution functionality
- Extensive experience with Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing and Transportation
- Experience with EDI Orders, ASNs and other SD/EDI-related messages
- Extensive knowledge of integration points across SAP modules such as MM, QM, TM, WM and FI/CO
- Experience in working with ABAP developers to troubleshoot programs
- Experience with S4 and/or professional certification preferred

Position-Specific Work Requirements:
- May be required to travel up to 15% - 20% of the time based on business needs
- Must comply and acknowledge the 'Refresco Home-based Job Requirements' policy reviewed during new hire's onboarding.
- This position requires travel for on-site on-boarding at the onset of employment, for a period of 2 weeks, possibly longer.
- This position requires Spring and Fall travel for week long department Summit meetings in Tampa.
- Due to the impact that this role has on Refresco North American operations, travel on short notice to provide business critical support may be required.
