    Work with the latest technologies and techniques in the aviation industry to source materials, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics. You'll ensure we have what we need to service our customers.

    As a Field Service Representative you will act as a liaison with production, engineering, sales and customers in resolving customer problems and complaints

    What you'll do:

    • Preparing for field service trip, booking flights and hotels
    • Gathering / ordering parts as required for job and shipping to job site
    • Fly and/or drive to necessary areas to perform field work
    • Travel to remote countries may be required
    • Cross border traveling
    • Provides technical support and maintenance to customers in the field by dismantling, cleaning, repairing, inspection, assembly and/or testing customer engines or accessories
    • Perform scheduled maintenance as part of preventative maintenance program
    • Perform visual and dimensional inspection of parts determining serviceability for continued service; identifies unserviceable parts that are not reparable and initiates parts requisitions
    • Assures that all services rendered are in compliance with customer, regulatory and company requirements
    • Follows and utilizes manuals
    • Maintains detailed documentations and appropriate paperwork following completion of a serviceable job
    • Maintains written reports on all pertinent incidents, accidents, problems and complaints
    • Takes pictures as required for documentation
    • Assesses supplied information and troubleshoots to determine most effective action required.


    Position Requirements:

    • A&P License
    • Knowledge of PT6 and JD15D engines.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to travel worldwide.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
