The Leidos National Security Sector has a career opportunity for a Technology Analyst in the Columbia, MD area. The effort provides rapid response to on-site intelligence requirements for DoD operational and/or deployed forces. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Summary

The Technology Analyst conducts all-source analytic production of future and current leading-edge technologies and their military applications worldwide; projects the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and their potential impact on U.S. forces worldwide; provides risk assessments on the transfer and diversion of defense and dual-use U.S. technologies; and assesses national security implications associated with foreign involvement in critical U.S. defense technology and defense sectors. The Technology Analyst conducts all-source analysis to identify, exploit, and assess potential threats, transfer, and vulnerabilities to defense supply chains. Additionally, the Technology Analyst researches and produces assessments on emerging technologies as they pertain to customer mission; provides up-to-date all source assessments of current and future implementations of technologies, requirements, and electronic devices with associated identity credentials; tests, evaluates, and provides in-depth analysis on identity technologies of operational interest in coordination with IC partners, including mitigation recommendations for threats posed to identity management. The Technology Analyst provides technical expertise on topics associated with the mobile ecosystem and the vulnerabilities they are exposed to, including devices, applications, and operating systems, as well as evaluation of emerging technologies and associated electronic devices.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 8 years of relevant technology analysis experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Experience testing, evaluating, and providing in-depth, written analysis on identity technologies.
• Experience researching and reporting on emerging technologies and the threats they pose to customer mission.
• Experience with automation tools and their application to the mobile ecosystem.
