What will you be doing?

Perform all assigned machine shop operations: turning, milling, grinding, drilling tapping, deburring, etc.

Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee

Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition

Follow all safety guidelines and regulations per client specifications

Perform inspection of product and document and maintain all paperwork for parts

What do you bring?

Positive, can-do attitude

Certificate from a technical school majoring in Machine tool Technology or similar course curriculum required

Machinist experience 2yrs preferred

Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and 5-S practices strongly preferred

Team player
