A leading ambulatory surgery center located in eastern Long Island New York is now seeking a dynamic Endoscopy Charge RN to join their award winning healthcare team.

This state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center is dedicated to providing advanced endoscopy procedures in a comfortable patient-friendly environment. This center specializes in advanced endoscopy procedures including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, among many other services.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Endoscopy Charge RN will play a vital role in leading and supervising our clinical team of 6 registered nurses. This is a hands-on clinical role that requires previous experience on the floor, as the Charge Nurse may need to take staff assignments from time to time. Responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance to the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to protocols and standards, and collaborating closely with the Administrator/Director of Nursing to implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Active license as a Registered Nurse RN in the state of New York
• Prior leadership experience in a nursing role
• Progressive knowledge or endoscopy or ambulatory surgery
