WHAT YOULL DO:
As our I.T. Project Manager, you will lead and manage software development projects and major infrastructure projects for The Pape Group of companies. This will include tracking project progress, identifying risks, mitigating issues, communicating project status with stakeholders, establishing goals and timelines, and ensuring the project is managed from start to finish. Additionally, this role will be the lead during acquisitions for software and hardware migrations onto company platforms, and acting as Project Manager, liaison, and consultant. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong project management background, the ability to lead and direct a team, and an understanding of the processes and workflows in the business, including the cause and effects of all major transactions.
Our Corporate office in Eugene, OR is the preferred work location, but we are open to any candidates that reside in the state of Oregon. Candidates must be willing/able to travel to various Pape locations for discovery and rollout activities
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player attitude with a customer-centric focus.
- Experience implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and/or web-delivered applications.
- Experience leading projects with code development, as well as configurations.
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong project management experience in software development and/or infrastructure project management at a consultant level.
- Experience leading people and evaluating teams.
- Project management experience from kick-off to go live.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of, or direct experience with, data conversions.
- Understanding of, or direct experience with, core business functions such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, Sales, Purchasing, and General Ledger. Experience in Dealership functions, Rentals, Fleet Service, Vehicle sales and Parts sales counter processes is a plus.
Compensation: $90,000-$115,000/yr (Depending on Experience)
