Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

16 months of Ambulatory Clinic (LPN) experience is required.

6 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Nevada license in hand at the time of application.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Candidates must live at least 80 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

LPN with experience obtaining vital signs and reviewing -medications.

Ambulatory experience preferred, but not required.

Work in Outpatient setting doing patient intake.

JD: Vital signs, reviewing medications, asking basic intake questions, stocking and cleaning exam rooms.

Minimum of 18 months RECENT PERM LVN experience.

Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked

PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.

Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice.

Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
