Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Primarily Outpatient Clinic. Possible coverage of small med/surg unit and same day surgery (total knees)

Shift: Monday to Friday

On call: Currently every 4th weekend on call hours for inpatient

See 7-8 patients per day on average.

Education & Requirements: Minimum Education: 4yr Bachelors Degree Physical Therapy Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with minimum of Bachelors degree.

Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with Doctorate level degree preferred.

Certification in a specialty area, for example: OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Womens Health, etc. preferred
