The ideal candidate must have strong custodial experience working the night shift and have excellent time-management skills. • Dust mops, sweeps, damp mops, wet mops, buffs and high speeds hard and resilient floors. Strips, seals and finishes floors.
• Operates vacuum cleaners, wet/dry vacuums, floor scrubbing machine and buffer.
• Cleans restrooms, fixtures, mirrors and replenishes soap and paper goods. Empties and cleans wastebaskets and other receptacles.
• Responsible for minor maintenance and storage of equipment. May haul, load and/or set up chairs, tables, podiums, flags, and bunts for special functions.
• Other cleaning duties as assigned

• Proven experience as custodian, janitor or similar role
• Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances
• Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components
• Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices
• Attention to detail and conscientiousness
• Very good physical condition and strength
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• High school diploma
