Role Overview

Our QMAPs provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Current Open Shifts

• Part Time
  • 8 hr night shift (10p to 6:30a) Every other weekend (Memory Care QMAP)
  • 8 hr night shift (10p to 6:30a) 24 hrs a week.Includes every other weekend. (Memory Care QMAP)
  • Night shift - 2 nights a week. (3-8s - 10pm to 6:30am and 1-12 6pm to 6:30am) No weekends (Assisted Living QMAP)
• Full Time
  • 8 hr night shift (10p to 6:30am) includes every other weekend (Memory CareQMAP)
  • 8 hr night shift (10p to 6:30am) includes every other weekend (Assisted LivingQMAP)

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene. QMAPs perform care as well as administering medications.
• Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners ordersfollowing safety protocols andthe plan of care (if QMAP)

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• A love for seniors
• Colorado QMAP Certified
