The Clinical Instructor for Perioperative Services is an exciting opportunity to foster growth and development for the dynamicPerioperative Team. Clinical Instructorsprovide a systematic process for the assessment, development, and evaluation of the organizations health care staff which in turn allows the health care staff to deliver excellent patient care. Additionally the clinical instructor provide on-going education of the health care staff to the organizations philosophy, goals, policies, procedures, role expectations, and other functions needed to perform in the specific work setting.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Nurse Educator experience required.
• Extensive experience in a perioperative area required. Operating room experience highly preferred.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• CNOR required.
• Current CT Nursing License required.
