As an Operating Room Nurse Supervisor, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our team of operating room nurses. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care, promoting a safe and collaborative work environment, and optimizing operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include staff supervision, resource allocation, policy development, quality assurance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Operating Room Nurse Supervisor will also collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of surgical services.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of five years of experience in an operating room setting, with previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile techniques.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
