At Hilton Grand Vacations, your future is bright!As a SVP Technology Services you would be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for internal and external customers. This role involves managing teams globally and focused on stabilizing services and technical infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:

    • Escalation Management:
      • Act as the escalation point for complex issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
      • Utilize ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles to categorize and prioritize incidents and escalations.
      • Driving strong consistent process across the organization
      • Working with Engineering and Security peers in the Technology team to drive continuous improvements.
    • ITIL-Based Process
      • Develop and adhere to standardized incident management processes following ITIL best practices.
      • Implement problem management techniques to identify and address the root causes of recurring issues.
      • Continuously assess and improve service delivery processes based on ITIL framework.
    • Third Party Collaboration
      • Collaborate with third-party companies for support and maintenance services. Within budget.
      • Guide and oversee the work of third-party vendors to ensure alignment with service level agreements and quality standards.
      • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external service providers.
    • Budget Management
      • Manage support services operations within budget constraints.
      • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
      • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to achieve budgetary goals.
    • Training and Development
      • Enhance the knowledge and skills of support staff in alignment with ITIL principles.
      • Provide feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes based on ITIL methodologies.
    • Company Standards

      • Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.

    • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
    • Basic understanding of networking principles and IT infrastructure.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Experience Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 10+ years of related experience
    • 10+ years of management or supervisory experience
