    The Cyber Security Analyst will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's sensitive information, systems, and networks from cyber threats. The Cyber Security Analyst will protect internal systems and users to ensure seamless daily operations and managing our third-party Cyber Security partner and is responsible for triaging and proper escalation of all incoming Cybersecurity ServiceNow incidents.Key Responsibilities:
    • Understand and evaluate security threats to Transdev US
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, or PCI DSS
    • Protecting internal systems and users to ensure seamless daily operations and managing our third-party Cyber Security partner
    • Design, implement, and manage cybersecurity infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and encryption tools
    • Regularly assess and update security configurations to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities
    • Ensure regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing is performed to identify and remediate potential security risks and develop a timely and effective handling of incidents.
    • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure timely patching and mitigation of vulnerabilities
    • Manage and maintain security awareness training programs to educate employees on security best practices and potential risks
    • Monitor and report on employee compliance with security policies
    • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations
    • Stay informed about changes in the regulatory environment and ensure ongoing compliance
    • Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and investigate anomalies
    • Design and implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches
    • Ensure regular security audits are conducted to assess the effectiveness of security controls and identify areas for improvement
    • Triaging and proper escalation of all incoming Cybersecurity ServiceNow incidents and deliver cybersecurity awareness training
    • Investigate and analyze security incidents, identifying the root cause and implementing corrective actions
    • Liaise with colleagues and management around cybersecurity issues and strategy.
    Education, Licensing, and Certifications:
    • Transdev will consider candidates with a bachelors degree in the following majors: MIS, Engineering, Business or related job experience.
    Required Experience:
    • 1-3 years work experience designing implementing and maintaining/monitoring Cybersecurity systems
    Skills and Knowledge Required:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Problem-solving capabilities
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, or PCI DSS
    • Systems: Microsoft Server 2010 and 2012, Windows 7, 10, Microsoft Office 365, Kaseya, Dell, HP, Enterprise EDR, VoIP phone systems a plus, smartphones and tablets
    • Practical experience in the following areas: awareness training, ethical hacking, penetration testing, Intrusion prevention, incident response, computer forensics and reverse engineering
    • Industry Cybersecurity Certifications
    Travel requirement outside of immediate area (as a percent): up to 10%Pre-Employment Requirements:

    Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
    • 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities
    • Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
