To this end, Citrix is looking to continue strengthening the business results-based partnerships by simplifying and modernizing the partner ecosystem and strategy that drives our business and supports our partner's transition to the cloud.The Manager, WW Distribution Effectiveness is responsible for the programmatic execution and evolution of the GTM for Citrix distribution worldwide. This position is responsible for both strategic and operational efforts which include ensuring alignment and execution between sales, channel, and distribution to deliver a consistent, streamlined, and repeatable approach to our two-tier go to market strategy. This role will partner across multiple organizations to design, enhance and operationalize the GTM strategy.Primary Responsibilities* Communication of WW Distribution strategy and Expectations* Drive optimization between our systems, processes, and distribution execution* Identify and scale strategic development opportunities with and through distribution* Build and cultivate strategic relationships within our global distributors.* Drive efficiencies and standardization related to distribution across all geos* Identify opportunities to modernize the distribution commercial models that we take to market.* Lead the ongoing evaluation of the existing partner programs to determine the growth potential of existing partners and how to best grow the relationships or in some cases restructure relationships that are not profitable and/or lack sufficient growth potential (in conjunction with program management).* Develop an executional governance structure to drive accountability though appropriate performance* Embrace Citrix corporate culture and increase employee engagement within own team and beyondBasic Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience* 8 years of prior confirmed experience with channel partners/ channel distribution* Travel: Up to 50% travel requiredPreferred Qualifications:* Accountable and Quality Results Oriented: Determined, accountable and collaborative.* Highly effective written and oral communication skills.
