Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Position Overview
Licensed Social Worker to provide services to individuals in home or school settings within the Fleetwood/Reading PA area. This candidate will provide care in accordance with the company philosophy, standards & policies, and client contract requirements. The position is a fee for service (hourly) employed position.
Essential Job Functions
Work with students to provide developmentally and educationally appropriate assessments and therapy services to children aged 0-21 years of age.
Provide direct and indirect services to designated students per their individualized Education Program (IEP) for all or part of a day or multiple days.
Provide reports to the Related Services Unit as well as be a contributing member of the IEP team.
Coordinate services in the school, home, or community setting.
Will be required to meet with children and families and create care plans to help children and parents adopt their learning techniques from school in the home and community setting.
Incumbent will also be responsible for parent training to assist parents with techniques to assist their children in the home and community environments
Requirements
Must possess a valid and current Drivers License and Car Insurance
Must possess a Bachelors Degree in a Social Work (BSW) and have an LCSW
Current Physical and TB Test Results
Knowledge of Community Services in the state
2+ years working in a school setting with students

Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
Must be able to travel; company does not provide vehicles or transportation
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling, up to 25 pounds
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds
Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
Must be able to sit and climb stairs
Must have visual and hearing acuity
Must have strong sense of smell and touch
Must have sufficient strength and manual dexterity to safely operate equipment, including grasping and manipulating small objects.
Must be able to appropriately respond physically and mentally to emergency situations in the home or school.
This may require physical strength, agility, and ability to function under stressful circumstances to evacuate a patient, to provide physical support to the suddenly weak or disabled patient, or to perform one-man CPR for a prolonged period.
Must be able to wear other personal protective equipment as needed.

Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
