Under the supervision of the Director of Surgical Services, the Perioperative Nurse Manager will guide a close-knit team consisting of OR Charge Nurses and Staff RNs. Responsible for various departments including the Operating Room, PACU, Endoscopy, Same-Day Outpatient Services, Sterile Processing, and Anesthesia, the Nurse Manager Surgical Services will play a key role in providing collaborative leadership. This involves overseeing the planning, directing, integrating, and coordinating of activities to meet departmental objectives and uphold high-quality services. The Perioperative Services Nurse Manager will handle personnel management, budget planning and monitoring, scheduling, systems improvement, compliance with regulatory requirements, and strategic planning to ensure the seamless functioning of the Surgery department.
