    TRC is looking for a Level II Help Desk support candidate! Direct Hire position located in Mebane, NC!

    M-F 8am-5pm,Paying $60k-$65k/year DOE.

    -Provide second-tier technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.

    -Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Document all interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system.

    -Assist end-users in understanding and utilizing various hardware and software applications. Conduct training sessions to enhance user knowledge and proficiency.

    -Use remote access tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users located in different geographical regions.

    -Perform hardware upgrades, installations, and maintenance where needed.

    -Diagnose and facilitate the replacement of faulty hardware components.

    -Install, configure, and update software applications where applicable.

    -Ensure user firmware is licensed and up to date.

    -Implement and maintain security measures to protect proprietary hardware, software, and customer data.

    -Collaborate with Level 1 Technicians and other Support personnel to escalate and resolve complex issues.
