The RN Assistant Nurse Director Medical Surgical will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the designated unit. The RN Assistant Nurse Director Medical Surgical will work collaboratively with leadership to create a safe working environment focused on community and inclusiveness. The RN Assistant Nurse Director Medical Surgical will demonstrate expert knowledge of Medical Surgical Services and will serve as a clinical resource to others. The RN Assistant Nurse Director Medical Surgical is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include:

• Experience working in hospital leadership
• Current NY RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Nursing
