Our client on Blount Island in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Auto Body Technician to join their team. As an auto body technician, you will be part of the body shop team supporting automotive repairs and installations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working in a body shop, experience repairing damages and reinstalling door panels and other vehicle partsand a keen eye for attention to detailwhich will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Blount Island in Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: $19-$22/hr

Whats the Job?

• Repair vehicles consistent with new car industry standards.
  
• Perform initial removal of assigned parts from vehicles.
  
• Record and report labor spent on cars.
  
• Review and understand the work order notes.
  
• Communicate any equipment problems or failures to the appropriate people.
  

Whats Needed?

• 2-3 years of prior auto body experience required
  
• Auto body shop experience required
  
• Ability to stand,walk, kneel and stoop frequently
  
• High school diploma or GED
  
• TWIC badge or willing to obtain one
