    Sr. Subcontracts Lead

As a Sr. Subcontracts Lead, you'll develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for our subcontract systems to guide the development, production, and global sustainment for multiple contract types.

    The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide.     Responsibilities:

    You'll be responsible for preparing our bid packages, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating our proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending new subcontractors, and administering our subcontracts. Additionally, you'll administer standard subcontracts agreements, such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M), through the entire contract lifecycle, and will participate and lead minor to moderate negotiations of terms, price, and schedule, and will monitor subcontractor performance.

    Must-haves:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
    • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
    • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • 5+ years of practical FAR Part 12 (sub)Contract experience
    • 5+ years of practical FAR Part 15 (sub)Contract experience
    • Cost / Price Analysis Experience
    • A 'can do' attitude
    • Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner
    • Ability to critically think about situations and/or problems (ie. How does this decision impact future business?)
    • Excellent time management skills (ie. ability to identify & understand priorities)
    • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, One Drive, Share Point, Etc.)
    • Navigation/Understanding of FAR/DFARS and similar USG Acquisition clauses - Pre-Solicitation Experience (Source Selection, Supplier setup/qualification) - Pre-Award Experience (Price Analysis, Market Research, Procurement Summaries, Negotiations)
    • Award/Post Award Experience (Total Subcontract Ownership, Modifications, Invoicing, Closeout)
    • Audit Experience (AS9100, CPSR, DCAA/DCMA Periodic Audits, Incurred Cost Audits, Security Audits, FAA Audits, etc.)

    Preferred:

    • Cost Point Deltek Experience
    • SAP Concur Experience
    • Ivalua Procurement Software
