    Schedule Details:Our housekeeping team members must adapt to various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

    What will I be doing?

    • Supervises housekeeping operations, including rooms, common area, and heart of the house areas, to achieve and maintain the resort's high standards of cleanliness.
    • Assists in training housekeeping staff, including safety, security, department procedures, and service guidelines.
    • Inspects guestrooms and public areas throughout the resort.
    • Maintains inventory at appropriate par levels and ensures employees have the necessary tools and supplies to perform their duties.
    • Perform shift-associated work such as room assignment, vacant room discrepancy reports, and departure reports.
    • Assist in all department meetings.
    • Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met.
    • Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Assists in the performance review process.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    What are we looking for?

    • High School/GED
    • 1-3 years related experience
    • Basic computer and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to repeatedly lift/carry, push/pull items more than 25 lbs.
