LPN - Overnight, part-time

Prime Home Care, a Help at Home company, is seeking an LPN to provide overnight care every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Pay range: $21-23/hour.

Duties Include:

• Implementing the nursing care plan for each patient
• Teaching and counseling the patient and family/significant others regarding the nursing care needs and other related problems of the patient
• Maintaining accurate and complete records of observations, treatment, and care of patient
• Evaluating with registered nurse the effectiveness of the LPN's nursing service to the patient and family under the guidance of the registered nurse.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license with no restrictions
• One year nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification, valid driver's license, background check
