About the role

The Quality Services & Governance (QSG) team within the North America BU provides overarching support and governance pertaining to Haleons Quality System (HQS) that encompasses written procedures (HQS docs), capability & training, and compliance programs.

The Haleon Quality Standards Coordinator plays an administrative role supporting the North America QSG and North America Quality Leadership team. The role is based in Warren, New Jersey with a flexible, hybrid work schedule, reporting into the North America QSG Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to North America QLT and VP of Quality.

• Upload HQS documents into relevant systems (e.g., Veeva) and responsible for setup of metadata and other system setup for easy retrieval of effective versions of written procedures; act as NA BUs superuser and administrator for Veeva.

• Provide guidance and support to HQS users across BU on HQS document location and setup of standard views.

• Tracking HQS documents through lifecycle from initial deployment to retirement.

• Provide support for authoring and editing HQS documents working closely with HQS colleagues within QSG team.

• Execute communications strategy by managing HQS communications via multiple channels in alignment with HQS Standards Managers.

• Support QSG teams capability & training and compliance colleagues, as needed.

• Proficient in using computer systems and latest tech tools and apps.

• Knowledge of cGMP requirements through previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) or other regulated industries.

• Excellent planning, organization and coordinating skills.

• Able to interpret complex topics and translate into understandable content.

• Team-player with a high sense of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Veeva or other Quality Management Software is an asset.

• Bachelors Degree preferred.

• Degree, diploma, or advance certificate in Quality Management Systems or related field.

• ASQ certification is an asset.
