Reporting to the Nursing Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager Clinical Resource will be flexible in assisting ongoing shift leadership and operations of a clinical department. The Assistant Nurse Manager Clinical Resource will be working alongside a tenured team of nurses, physicians, healthcare leaders, case management, and other support staff.

In this position, the Assistant Nurse Manager Clinical Resource will be responsible for providing guidance, demonstrating clear effective communication, flexibility in working in different departments, and promoting teamwork in fast paced environments. Supervising shift operations, staffing, assignments, and maintaining RN competencies, the Assistant Nurse Manager Clinical Resource will support management as needed.
